Hours

To run a club as active as FFRC, the committee need assistance.  Therefore a rule has been set that  requires individual members to complete a minimum of 10 hours help in a year and family membership (2+) a minimum of 20 hours. A supporter membership has no set help rule, as the title speaks for itself!   This commitment to the Club should not be difficult, and we stress a minimum of 10 hours but hope that members will feel able to give their club more than 10 hours. We now expect new members to work a proportionate amount of hours depending on when they join ie half way through the year would only require 5 for instance.  The year starts at the AGM.

Members who don’t complete their hours will not be invited to compete in teams and will be expected, the following year, to make up those hours missed and do their current year’s hours.  If they don’t make up the shortfall, they will lose their entitlement to automatically rejoin and be expected to re-apply for membership.

It is YOUR responsibility to log your hours, this should be done to:-  Amanda Blewett

There are a number of you who haven't done your hours this year, please be aware that if you wish to compete for the club in the 2011/2012 season you MUST have completed your 2010/2011 hours (10 for individuals & 20 for family).
